José Viera (Venezuela)

José Viera was with the Venezuelan national team in the 1974 Central American and Caribbean Games. He struck out 15 in 13 shutout innings 1/3 innings, allowing nine hits and two walks. He beat Nelson Valladares and El Salvador. He was among the Games' leaders in ERA (Juan Pérez and Luis Barreiro were at 0.00 in more IP) and strikeouts (tied Héctor Flores for 4th).
