José Ramón Riscart was a pitcher in Cuba in the 1980s and 1990s.

Riscart was 0-1 with a 6.75 ERA in the 1985 Intercontinental Cup, losing to Japan; it was Cuba's lone loss of the event. pitched six shutouts for Villa Clara in 1986-1987, leading the Cuban Serie Nacional. He led in ERA (1.51) in 1990-1991 and tied for the shutout lead (4). He was named the Most Valuable Pitcher. In 1993-1994, the 32-year-old tossed three shutouts to tie Liván Hernández, Ariel Prieto, José M. Báez and Pedro Luis Lazo for the league lead, his last time as a league leader.

Riscart coached for Cuba in the 2013 World Baseball Classic.
