José Aguilar (El Salvador)
José Aguilar was on the first Salvadoran national team, at the 1930 Central American Games. He got the first start in team history, facing Panama, but was roughed up (8 H, 5 BB, 5 ER, 2 K in 3 IP) before moving to right field. He went 0 for 2 at the plate and took the loss. In the Games, only Eduardo Señales had a worse ERA. He also played for El Salvador in the 1941 Amateur World Series.
