Biographical Information[edit]
Jorge Toca was 2 for 3 with a double as the backup 1B to Orestes Kindelan in the 1994 Baseball World Cup. In the 1995 Intercontinental Cup, he was Cuba's starter at first base and hit .306/.359/.417 with 8 runs in 9 games for the Gold Medalists. In 2005, the defector was suspended by minor league baseball for a positive test for banned substances.
