John McCollister

Biographical Information[edit]
John McCollister was a Lutheran minister, pilot, arbitrator and professor at Olivet College, Bethune-Cookman College and Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. He wrote 25 books, several of them about baseball, sang the national anthem at Detroit Tigers and Minnesota Twins games and wrote a prayer that was displayed at the Hall of Fame.
