Biographical Information

John Lowry played with the Washington Nationals of the National Association in 1875. A centerfielder, he played 6 games, hitting .136. The only thing known about him was that he was from Baltimore, MD and is in fact listed in the city's directory until 1903. It is possible that his name may have been "Lawrie".
