Biographical Information

John Diaz was 5-4 with a 4.26 ERA for the 2006 Clinton Lumber Kings. He struggled in 2007 with the Bakersfield Blaze, going 4-3 with a save and a 7.08 ERA. In 2008, he pitched for Bakersfield (0-1, Sv, 3.69 in 19 G) and the AA Frisco RoughRiders (1-1, 2.60 in 17 G). After time in Colombia, he signed to play in the Italian Baseball League in 2010. He debuted on April 2nd, allowing one run in 3 relief innings.
