Biographical Information

After playing basketball at High Point College, pitcher Joe Keith played one season in the Pittsburgh Pirates organization before arm troubles ended his career. He was with the 1963 Reno Silver Sox (0-1, 6 R in 4 IP) and Kingsport Pirates (1 UER in 2 IP). Following his baseball days, he was a longtime insurance salesman.
