Biographical Information

Jim "Steve" Stevens pitched two games for the 1914 Senators.

He was two years younger than fellow pitcher Walter Johnson.

Stevens went 18-6 in the 1911 Nebraska State League.

Through 2010 he is the only major leaguer born in Williamsburg, though a couple have been born in Williamsport.
