Jim Ricklefsen has been a college coach.
Ricklefsen hit .333 as a college senior season. He remained at McNeese State as an assistant coach from 1987-1994, then went 81-79 as head coach from 1995-1997. He tied the school record for wins (41-16) in 1995. He moved to Lamar University as assistant coach, a role he has held from 1998-2016. He then returned to McNeese as an assistant.
