Jim Holloway pitched three games for the 1929 Phillies. As a hitter he went 1-for-1.
The University of Louisiana at Lafayette lists him as being on the baseball team in 1927, the football team in 1926-28 and the basketball team in 1926-29. At the time he attended there, it was called Southwestern Louisiana Institute.
