Biographical Information

Jim Eschen played in the minor leagues from 1971-1980 and later managed for two years on the farm. He was hitting coach of the Williamsport Bills in 1991.

Eschen's father, Will Eschen, was head coach at State University of New York at Potsdam and spent many years coaching high school baseball.
