Biographical Information[edit]
Jim Capra has been a college coach.
Capra redshirted as a freshman at Adams State, then the school dropped baseball; Capra switched to football and was a wide receiver. He was head coach of Alamosa High School (1981-1982), was assistant at Kingman High School (1983-1984), Phoenix North High School (1985) and Arvada West High School (1986) then served as head coach of Arvada West from 1987-2012. He coached Roy Halladay in high school. When Adams State reinstated baseball for the 2013 season, they hired Capra as head coach. He remained through the 2020 season.
