Biographical Information[edit]
Ji-woong Yoon was South Korea's top pitcher in the 2009 Baseball World Cup. The 21-year-old southpaw led the team in games pitched (6), strikeouts (16), innings (17), walks (7), wins (1, tied for the most) and ERA (2.12). He did a great job against the Dutch national team before tiring in the 7th en route to his only loss. He got the win over Nicaragua and saved a win over Spain.
