Biographical Information

Jerome Mileur was a minor league team owner and author. He owned the Holyoke Millers (1982), then the Nashua Angels (1983) and Nashua Pirates (1984-1986), then the Harrisburg Senators (1987-1994). He authored two books, The Stars Are Back: The St. Louis Cardinals, the Boston Red Sox, and Player Unrest in 1946 (2013) and High-Flying Birds: The 1942 St. Louis Cardinals (2009).

He later became a professor of political science at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
