Jeff Zeilstra managed the Toulouse Tigers to the Division Elite and managed for the French national team in the 2007 European Championship. He led the team to its first win ever against the Italian national team. He was also the Manager for the French National team at the 2008 Olympic test event in Beijing and coached for France in the 2010 European Championship.
He became assistant coach of the Douglas College Royals in 2009.
In 2005, Zeilstra was the assistant coach for the White Rock Tritons of the Premier League (a local U18 league) in British Columbia, Canada. He then joined Major League Baseball International (MLBI) working with players and coaches in France for two months, and was offered a job to coach a team in France. He later accepted the position with Toulouse.
Zeilstra graduated with with honors from the University of British Columbia with a Bachelor of Human Kinetics. He now (2010) lives in Kitsilano, BC.
