Jeff Stickley has been a college coach.
Stickley coached at Altavista High School in 1977-1979 and was assistant coach at Lexington High School in 1979-1980. He was assistant coach at Washington and Lee University from 1982-1985. He was head coach at Lexington High in 1986 then returned to Washington and Lee as head coach from 1987-2015; he was also assistant football coach from 1987-2003. Washington and Lee set the school record for wins in 1999 (21-12) then topped it in both 2001 (23-8) and 2003 (28-8). He was 426-422-14 in 29 years to set the school record for wins. He was Old Dominion Athletic Conference Coach of the Year in 1996, 1999 and 2003.
