Biographical Information[edit]
Jeff Pearlman is a sportswriter and author.
He is the author of The Bad Guys Won (2008), about the 1986 New York Mets team, Love Me, Hate Me (2006), a biography of Barry Bonds, The Rocket That Fell to Earth, (2009) about Roger Clemens and The Last Folk Hero (2022) about Bo Jackson.
He's written for The Tennessean in a non-sports role, Sports Illustrated, Newsday and ESPN.com. He was the reporter who conducted the infamous interview of John Rocker in Sports Illustrated in 1999 that derailed the pitcher's career.
