Biographical Information[edit]

Jeff Ditch has been a college coach.

Ditch was a graduate assistant at St. Cloud State in 1993-1994 then was hitting coach and recruiting coordinator at Penn State from 1995-1998. He then was recruiting coordinator and pitching coach at the University of Cincinnati from 1999-2003. He was coach at West Virginia University in 2004 then was assistant coach for the 2004 Cotuit Kettleers. Jeff was assistant coach of Young Harris College in 2005, going 51-11.

Ditch was hired as head coach of Indiana University of Pennsylvania for 2006. He improved from 10 wins in '06 to 20 in 2007 then 36-19 in 2008. The 26-win gain from 2006 to 2008 was the highest in NCAA Division I and NCAA Division II. In 2010, IUP was 31-24. He retired after the 2016 season with 253 wins, a school record.
