Jef Field

Jef Field became head coach of Midland Lutheran College in 1995 and began his career 365-375. He won Nebraska-Iowa Athletic Conference Coach of the Year in 1997 and 1998 and Great Plains Athletic Conference Coach of the Year in 2001. He led the school to a 42-15 record in 2006, their best on record to that point.
