Jean Rossil debuted for the Guatemalan national team in the 2010 Central American and Caribbean Games. He pitched one game, working four innings of a 20-0, 6-inning mercy rule loss to Venezuela. He allowed nine hits and eight runs (five earned) while striking out two, outperforming his moundmates that day.

Rossil allowed eight runs (three earned) in three innings in a loss to Venezuela in the 2013 Bolivarian Games. Only Erick Bautista had a higher ERA on the Guatemalan staff in the event. In the 2014 Central American and Caribbean Games, he was again lit up, for 8 walks, 7 hits and 9 runs in four innings; his 20.25 ERA was third-highest on Venezuela; he took a loss to Cuba. Starting against Costa Rica in the 2017 Central American Games, he allowed two hits and two walks in five innings while striking out three but gave up four runs; Carlos Martinez took over. Rossil got a no-decision. Guatemala won the Bronze Medal.
