Jay Musialowski pitched for the 2004 Kalamazoo Kings (3-1, 5.49) and 2006 Sussex Skyhawks (0-2, 13 H, 8 R in 6 IP). He was slated to be head coach of Hilbert College in 2010 after two years as assistant coach. Driving in icy conditions in late February, Musialowski lost control of his vehicle and wound up in a crash that left him in a coma. His father Chet Musialowski replaced him as Hilbert's coach. Jay was listed as honorary assistant coach for 2011.
