Biographical Information[edit]

Jason Rathbun has been a college coach.

Rathbun served in the US Army Infantry for three years after high school. He then went on to college, hitting .429 as a freshman and posting a 3.66 ERA on the mound. He was 7-3 with a 2.64 ERA as a senior at Erskine College. He became head coach of Herkimer County Community College in 2005 and won 263 games in his first 9 seasons, taking the team to the Division III NJCAA World Series three times. After 17 seasons at Herkimer, Rathbun was hired as head coach at St. Bonaventure University for 2023.
