Biographical Information[edit]
Jason Delay was the starting catcher on the Vanderbilt University team that won the 2014 College World Series and reached the finals of the 2015 College World Series. He was a teammate there of Walker Buehler, Dansby Swanson, Carson Fulmer and Bryan Reynolds, who was again his teammate with the Pittsburgh Pirates when he made his major league debut in 2022.
