Biographical Information

Jamie Johnson earned degrees in Sociology and Sports Psychology from Florida State University. It appears the latter was a master's degree. During the 2019-2021 seasons Johnson was a student manager who served as a bullpen catcher for the Seminoles.

Johnson joined the professional coaching ranks in 2022 when the Seattle Mariners hired him to coach the Modesto Nuts.
