Biographical Information[edit]

Relief pitcher Jamie Emiliano was drafted twice, last by the Colorado Rockies in the 9th round of the 1995 amateur draft. He played in their system until 2001 before joining the Atlanta Braves system in 2002. He stayed there until 2004, reaching Triple-A for the first time in 2003. In 385 games over 10 seasons, he was 27-32 with 56 saves and a 3.42 ERA.

Though he had 18 saves between two clubs in 1998, perhaps his best campaign was 2002, when he had a 1.66 ERA in 42 appearances for the Greenville Braves. Another campaign of note was 2000, when he had a 2.64 ERA in 47 games for the Carolina Mudcats.
