Biographical Information

Jake Mueller was an infielder at Wake Forest University from 2016-2019. He was a three-year starter, finishing his career with a .303 average, 26 doubles, 4 homers, 70 RBIs, 97 walks and 28 stolen bases. Mueller became the program's 27th member of the 200-hit club and finished his career with an impressive .975 fielding percentage. After the 2017 season Mueller was named to the All-Atlantic Coast Conference second team.

Mueller joined the Marshall University Thundering Herd in August 2021 as a volunteer assistant coach. He only stayed six months before the San Diego Padres hired him as a bench coach for the 2022 ACL Padres.
