Jacob Pita was 2 for 11 with a run and a RBI for the Solomon Islands in the 2003 South Pacific Games. [1] In the 2005 South Pacific Mini-Games, he was 0 for 10 but was one of only two Solomon Islands players to score a run (the other was Raynald Salvador. He also pitched. [2] He was the second baseman for them in the 2022 Pacific Mini-Games, going 0 for 7 with a walk, which gave him an OBP above the team mark! The walk cost Marnoah Sorovakatini a perfect game. [3]
