Frank Burke helped purchase the Chattanooga Lookouts in 1995 after working in sports radio production. He also served as the team's General Manager. The Southern League named him Executive of the Year in 2001 and 2011. In 2002, Baseball America gave him the Bob Frietas Award for AA. He has been on the National Association Board of Trustees. In 2014, he was part of the inaugural class of the Southern League Hall of Fame.
