Biographical Information

Second baseman Irvin Abad hit .281 for the 1993 DSL Blue Jays West of the Toronto Blue Jays system. He played for the GCL Blue Jays in 1994, slashing .217/.283/.361 with no home runs, 17 RBI, 13 stolen bases and 11 triples in 51 games. He led the GCL in triples, followed by Sergio Nunez's 7.
