International Falls, MN

International Falls is located in northern Minnesota, on the Rainy River, which forms the border with Canada. Fort Frances, ON lies on the other side of the River as it empties into Rainy Lake. The city has a reputation as the coldest spot in the continental United States. Rainy River Community College is here.
