Biographical Information

Il-sung Ha was a noted baseball commentator in South Korea from 1979-2016 and was secretary general of the Korea Baseball Organization from 2006-2009. He had served in the Army from 1968-1971? He was plagued by legal woes in his last couple years and committed suicide a couple months after being indicted on fraud allegations.
