Biographical Information

Hugh Willingham managed a number of Texas and Oklahoma low minor league teams between 1942 and 1952, including the Borger Gassers, Fort Smith Giants, Seminole Oilers, and Ardmore Indians. After his minor league career ender, he worked as a scout for White Sox during the 1950's.
