Biographical Information[edit]
Hsun-Ming Fan played in the TML for 4 years.
Fan was signed by the Taipei Gida when they were founded in 1996, and he hit .059/.057/.059 in 17 games in 1997. Fan was the first player to ground into a double play in TML history, and he did it on February 28. He also pitched 2 games, and his ERA was 4.15. Fan then had a .183/.245/.194 batting line in 1998, and his ERA was 12.00 in 2 games. He played 25 games with a .222/.300/.278 batting line in 1999, and he hit .216/.226/.276 in 60 games while pitching 2 shutout innings in 2000. Fan announced his retirement after the 2000 season.
Overall, Fan hit .189/.223/.226 with 56 hits in 4 seasons in the TML.
