Biographical Information

Hsing-Chang Chen pitched in the CPBL for 2 years.

Chen was drafted by the Brother Elephants in the 1st round of the 2002 CPBL Draft, and he pitched 4 2/3 shutout innings in his first year. He then had a 11.42 ERA in 6 games in 2003, then the Bulls released him.

Overall, Chen was 0-0 with a 7.62 ERA, pitched 13 innings and struck out 8 in 2 seasons in the CPBL.
