Horlick Field
Opened in 1907, Horlick Field most famously served as the home of the Racine Belles of the AAGPBL during their existence from 1943 to 1950. The field was named for William Horlick, who donated the land for the park to be built.
Horlick was the inventor of malted milk, and so unsurprisingly the minor league team that played at this park were called the Racine Malted Milks. The Chicago American Giants of the Negro Leagues had hosted some games here too in 1945.
The field had also hosted many football events as well and continues to be used as the home of the semipro Racine Raiders football team to this day.
