Biographical Information[edit]
Hirokazu Horizoe was an outfielder who represented Japan in the 1982 Amateur World Series and 1984 Amateur World Series. In 1984, he hit .341/.372/.366 with 7 runs and one RBI in 13 games; only Masahiro Tsuruoka had more hits for Japan than his 14. He handled 15 putouts error-free in left. He played for Nissan in the Industrial League after college.
