Heriberto Feliciano played for the Puerto Rican national team.
He was in the Puerto Rican amateur league from 1963-1983, posting a leading 2.44 ERA in 1964. He also played in the field regularly, hitting .371 in 1974 and .291 for his career. His career ERA was 3.05, going 27-25. In the 1967 Pan American Games, he beat Mexico after relieving Angel Davila in the 4th; it was Puerto Rico's first win of the event and they went on to get the Bronze Medal.
He played for Puerto Rico in the 1966 Central American and Caribbean Games in the long jump and ?pentathlon? as well. In 2000, he was inducted into the Puerto Rican Amateur Baseball Hall of Fame.
