Biographical Information[edit]
Pitcher Heath Rollins was selected by the Tampa Bay Devil Rays in the 11th round of the 2006 amateur draft. He was signed by scout Brad Matthews and made his pro debut that summer with the Hudson Valley Renegades. The next year, he went 17-4 in 27 starts for the Columbus Catfish. After five seasons in the Rays organization, he was selected by the Kansas City Royals in minor league phase of the 2010 Rule V Draft.
