Harry Stevens
Harry Stevens (1855-1934) was a British born entrepreneur who made his fortune on the changing tastes of baseball fans. He replaced the traditional treats of ice cream and lemonade with sausages on a roll (hot dogs), peanuts broken down into individual sized bags, and soda pop. By the time of his death, Stevens was a millionaire.
