- Weight 200 lb.
- Born ~1981
Biographical Information[edit]
Harry Fernández Jr. is the son of Costa Rican national team mainstay Harry Fernández Sr. He was signed by the Toronto Blue Jays in 1999. [1] He played for their chain and in the minors for the Seattle Mariners. [2] Unfortunately, Dominican Summer League and Venezuelan Summer League stats for this era are not widely available (as of 7/10/2020) and he apparently did not make it to the US-based leagues. He was on the Costa Rican team that won Silver in the 2010 Central American Games. [3] It matched their highest finish in a Central American Games in baseball; interestingly, the prior team to have done so had his father on the roster (1986).
