Harry Brainard Farnsworth

Harry Farnsworth was a substitute umpire in the American League during the umpires' strike at the start of the 1979 season.
He was an amateur umpire working in Euclid, OH, near Cleveland, OH when he was tabbed by the AL. All of his major league games were at Cleveland Stadium. He worked as an umpire for fifty years.
