Biographical Information[edit]
Harry Blijden was a corner outfielder for the Netherlands Antilles national team in the 1959 Central American and Caribbean Games. His first game, he batted for Crispiniano Angela and struck out against Venezuela's Pedro Ortega. He finished the Games 2-for-15. He played for Feyenoord in the Netherlands from 1964-1974; he was the first Antillean player for the team. He was noted both for his speed and power.
