Harry Applequist (Hack)

Harry Applequist was a college coach.
Applequist was a tackle on the Washington State team that won the 1916 Rose Bowl; he also played baseball in college. After working as a geologist, he was head baseball coach and assistant football coach at WSU from 1923-1926; he was 66-29-1 guiding the baseball team. He then worked for the Sacramento, CA school system from 1927-1956, retiring as head of the Sacramento City Unified School District's physical education program.
