Harrisburg Merchants

Based in Harrisburg, IL the Harrisburg Merchants began the 1910 season in the Southern Illinois League and later switched over to the KITTY League. They went 29-29 in the second half of the season, better than any team that returned to the KITTY from the first half but worse than the McLeansboro team that also switched circuits at the half. They were 53-69 overall in 1911, moving to Jackson, TN August 13. The top hitter each season was someone Ernie Gust.
