Biographical Information

Hao-Wei Chuan played in the CPBL.

Chuan was drafted by the Wei Chuan Dragons in the 11th round of the 2019 CPBL Draft, and he hit .302/.335/.423 in the CPBL minor league in 2020. He debuted against the Uni-President Lions on April 3, 2021, and he got his first CPBL hit against Teddy Stankiewicz. Chuan ended up hitting .154/.154/.192 in 2021, and he was mainly placed in the minors in the next two seasons.
