Biographical Information[edit]
Hao-Jen Hung pitched in the Taiwanese national team and the CPBL.
Hung represented Taiwan and won Bronze in the 1993 Asian Championship. He was also on Taiwan's roster and won the Silver in the 1990 World Junior Championship. The Wei Chuan Dragons drafted Hung with the first overall pick of the 1996 CPBL draft. However, the Chiayi native couldn't extend his elite international pitching to the league, as he only recorded a 6.27 ERA in 23 game played as a rookie. Hung was unable to improve his pitching in 1997, as his ERA rose to 7.63. The Dragons released Hung after this season.
