Biographical Information[edit]
Hank Greenwald was an announcer for many years.
Greenwald started off with the Syracuse Chiefs in the 1960s, doing game recreations for away games, and continued on to the Hawaii Islanders. He was an announcer for the San Francisco Giants from 1979 to 1986, briefly was with the New York Yankees, then returned to the Giants until 1996. He came out of retirement to do part-time work for the Oakland A's in 2004-2005.
