Hal Schacker got into 6 games in the majors at age 20 for the Boston Braves in 1945.
He served during World War II. He is listed in The Big Book of Jewish Baseball and other sources as being Jewish.
He pitched at least one game for Minot in 1951. With the 1944 Hartford Laurels he went 18-7 and as a hitter posted a .280 batting average.
