HSV Zwijndrecht
The club HSV Zwijndrecht is based in Zwijndrecht, South Holland. Percy Isenia, Harvey Monte and Jeroen Sluijter got their start with them.
The club was founded in 1965 as the baseball department of a soccer club and became a club in its own right in 1968 as Honkbalvereniging Zwijndrecht. In 1973 women's softball was added. In 1977 men's softball started and the name was changed to HSV (honkbal- en softbalvereniging) Zwijndrecht. In September 2009 it was announced that the "Ladies Baseball" team Pink Panthers would play in the regular Dutch baseball competition as HSV Zwijndrecht's first women's baseball team, by which HSV Zwijndrecht will be the first club with a women's team playing in the KNBSB baseball competition.
